What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Open and close the restaurant (full operational responsibility)
- Manage cash handling, drawers, deposits, and daily financial accountability
- Create and manage staff schedules based on volume and labor targets
- Order front-of-house products (liquor, beer, wine, supplies)
- Maintain inventory, control usage, and minimize waste/shrink
- Enforce systems for cost control and profitability
- Lead all front-of-house operations during service
- Train, coach, and hold servers and bartenders accountable
- Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and organization
- Handle guest issues with professionalism and urgency
- Coordinate with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth execution

- Strong leadership—comfortable taking full control of a shift and team
- Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
- Understanding of labor targets, pour cost, and operational efficiency

- Hands-on mentality—you lead from the floor, not the office
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
