Job Summary: The Clermont Sun is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Williamsburg. This part-time role is the face of our office, providing essential support to our readers and advertising partners.
What Will I Be Doing?
- Advertising Support: Assist clients with the placement of classified and legal advertisements.
- Circulation & Renewals: Process subscription renewals and handle general service inquiries.
- Administrative Excellence: Manage service calls and ensure all data entry is handled with precision.
- All other duties as assigned.
Do I Have What It Takes?
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred, but a positive, professional attitude is a must.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills are essential for navigating our ad placement and circulation systems.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy is a top priority, particularly when handling legal notices and client accounts.
