This role is ideal for someone who enjoys guiding clients through material selections while ensuring every detail is organized, on budget, and ready for production.
Key Responsibilities
Client Selections
- Meet with clients to select:
- Plumbing fixtures
- Bath & kitchen accessories
- Electric fixtures
- Appliances
- Countertops and shower components
- Tile (flooring, showers, backsplashes, grout)
- Flooring
- Cabinet door styles & finishes
- Paint colors
- Assist Designers with additional selections as needed
- Create and maintain detailed Selection Sheets
- Price selections and manage allowances
- Obtain bids and perform material take-offs
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Production Team
- Attend key meetings (Design Presentations, Pre-Construction)
- Visit job sites to confirm proper installation and client satisfaction
- Maintain samples and materials in showroom
- Build relationships with vendors and stay current on product trends

Requirements
- 3 years of residential design or remodeling experience
- Strong knowledge of fixtures, finishes, and materials
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience reading plans and blueprints
