Residential House Cleaning Team Lead
The Cleaning Solution of White Bear Lake is looking for a dependable, motivated Residential House Cleaning Team Lead to join our growing team!
If you enjoy creating clean, welcoming homes, take pride in your work, and are ready to lead a small team, we'd love to meet you. While at least one year of residential cleaning experience is preferred, we are happy to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic and leadership potential.
Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour

What You'll Do
As a Team Lead, you'll work alongside your cleaning crew while ensuring every home meets our high standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and supervising a residential cleaning team
- Cleaning homes alongside your team members
- Picking up and returning supplies and equipment each workday
- Safely managing client keys and entry codes
- Performing quality control inspections
- Providing guidance, support, and training to team members
- Maintaining a professional, positive experience for our clients
What We're Looking For
- Available Tuesday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:30 PM
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance
- Able to speak, read, and write English
- One year of residential cleaning experience preferred (but not required)
