The Cleaning Lounge is a premium residential and commercial cleaning company serving Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Henderson. We handle the marketing, booking, scheduling, customer communication, and billing so you can focus on what you do best—providing exceptional cleaning services.

We’re looking to partner with reliable, experienced cleaning contractors who want consistent work without chasing down clients or collecting payments.

How Pay Works

We pay a flat rate per job—60% of the total job amount, before taxes.

You’ll know exactly what every job pays before you accept it. Faster, high-quality work means you earn more per hour—not less.

Payments are made weekly via direct deposit.

What You’ll Do

• Provide standard residential cleanings
• Perform deep cleanings
• Complete move-in and move-out cleanings
• Clean commercial offices and businesses
• Perform a brief walkthrough with customers upon arrival and completion when appropriate
• Take before-and-after photos of every completed job for quality assurance and contractor protection
• Communicate arrival confirmations and any scheduling concerns promptly
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing The Cleaning Lounge professionally

Requirements — Please Read Before Applying

• Minimum 2 years of residential or commercial cleaning experience
• Your own professional cleaning supplies (all-purpose cleaner, bathroom cleaner, glass cleaner, floor cleaner, microfiber towels, etc.)
• Your own cleaning equipment (vacuum, mop, broom, step stool, etc.)
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone with the ability to receive schedules, confirm jobs, and send before-and-after photos
• Business liability insurance, or willingness to obtain it before your first assignment
• Availability to accept 1–3 jobs per day
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check (where permitted by law)
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
