Typical Hours: Monday through Sunday from 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM

The Cleaning Collective specializing in high-quality vacation rental turnover cleans throughout the Park City area. We are building a dependable team of 10–20 cleaners who take pride in their work and understand that exceptional cleanliness is essential to creating an outstanding guest experience.

Winter and spring are our busiest seasons, while summer and fall typically offer fewer hours. We operate seven days a week, including weekends and holidays, but individual schedules will be created based on employee availability and our reservation calendar.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and prepare vacation rental properties between guest stays
• Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces
• Make beds and arrange linens according to company standards
• Restock guest supplies and ensure each property is fully prepared
• Identify and report damage, missing items or maintenance concerns
• Complete detailed cleaning checklists
• Work independently or as part of a cleaning team
• Travel between properties throughout the Park City area
• Complete cleans efficiently within strict check-in deadlines

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented people who genuinely enjoy cleaning and take pride in doing excellent work. A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently are essential.

Applicants must have:

• Professional residential, hospitality or vacation rental cleaning experience
• A strong eye for detail
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Dependable attendance and excellent time management
• The ability to follow detailed instructions and cleaning checklists
• Availability between approximately 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM
• Some weekend and holiday availability
• A valid driver’s license
• Current automobile insurance
• Reliable personal transportation
• A four-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle capable of safely navigating Park City winter conditions
• A smartphone for schedules, communication and property checklists
• The ability to pass a background check

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, climb stairs and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift. Applicants must also be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

Schedule and Hours

The Cleaning Collective operates Monday through Sunday. Individual schedules will be based on employee availability and the turnover-cleaning needs of our properties.

Most shifts take place between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM. Hours are not guaranteed and will fluctuate based on reservations and seasonal demand. Winter and spring are our busiest seasons and require our greatest level of availability.

Pay: $23 - 28 per hour

Expected Hours: 20 - 40 hours per week, depending on availability and seasonal demand

Work Location: Multiple vacation rental properties throughout Park City and the surrounding area
