In this role, you'll work closely with the owner to oversee daily operations, develop team leaders, support our cleaning staff, and ensure our clients consistently receive an outstanding experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and help ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Manage team scheduling and day-to-day employee communication.
- Respond to client questions, concerns, and service requests.
- Coach, mentor, and support Team Leads and cleaning technicians.
- Facilitate weekly leadership meetings with Team Leads.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train new Team Leads while continuing to develop existing leaders.
- Conduct employee coaching, performance reviews, corrective action conversations, and, when necessary, terminations.
- Assist with quality control inspections, field training, and retraining when needed.
- Help strengthen company systems, maintain accountability, and foster a positive team culture.
Qualifications
- Previous leadership or management experience is preferred.
- Strong background in residential cleaning, Airbnb turnovers, move-out cleaning, or related cleaning services is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
- Comfortable making decisions and handling challenging employee conversations.
- Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, dependable, and solutions-oriented.

Compensation & Schedule
Starting Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Part-Time)
Location: In person
This is a hands-on leadership role. While you'll spend time managing operations, you'll also regularly work alongside the team in the field, providing training, coaching, quality control, and extra support whenever it's needed.
