Professional House Cleaner

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in residential properties, ensuring that each space is welcoming and comfortable for our clients. A strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is essential, as you will be interacting with clients regularly. A reliable, insured vehicle in good condition is required for this position.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain the appearance and longevity of flooring materials.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established cleaning protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit.
• Ensure all cleaning tools and equipment are stocked and organized for optimal efficiency.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
• Follow safety procedures diligently and adhere to all safety protocol guidelines during every job.
• Complete detailed reports on completed tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in custodial work or housekeeping management is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs.
• Ability to sanitize various surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents safely.
• Experience in hotel or residential cleaning environments is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results consistently.
• Ability to follow instructions meticulously while working independently or within a team setting.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
