Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as floor care, and sanitation procedures
- Handle linen services as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of surfaces, appliances, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests and ensuring their satisfaction
- Follow established safety protocols and health guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
Requirements
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles is highly desirable
- Skills in cleaning, sanitation, floor care are preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and scrubbing
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Flexibility to work weekdays with availability for occasional weekend shifts if required
