Lead Carpet Cleaning Tech

Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Lead Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This position involves delivering top-quality cleaning services for carpets, upholstery, tile & grout, and area rugs in both homes and businesses. The right candidate will take pride in their work, pay close attention to detail, and provide outstanding customer service while representing our company in the field.

Key Duties

• Carry out professional cleaning of carpets, upholstery, and tile & grout using the proper tools, cleaning agents, and techniques.
• Inspect flooring and fabrics to identify stains, wear, or areas needing extra care.
• Keep cleaning machines and supplies in good working order and well organized.
• Handle area rug and Oriental rug cleaning in our warehouse facility.
• Communicate clearly with customers about the work performed and offer care or maintenance tips.
• Assist with flood clean-up and demo jobs when needed (we don’t advertise mitigation services, but clients rely on us when emergencies arise).

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior carpet cleaning or related cleaning/maintenance experience preferred but not necessary - we will train the right candidate!
• Knowledge of various cleaning methods and equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer service mindset with solid communication skills.
• Physically capable of moving heavy equipment and standing for long periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
