Schedule

You must be available Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. This is a firm schedule requirement.
Pay
- Training Pay: $20/hr during your training period
- Regular Pay: $20.50–$23/hr after training, based on your experience, reliability, performance, and fit
- Pay Type: Hourly, W-2 employee
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be cleaning commercial office spaces and facilities in the Denver area. Typical duties include:
- Vacuuming carpeted areas
- Sweeping and mopping hard floors
- Dusting surfaces, desks, and furniture
- Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms
- Cleaning and disinfecting break rooms
- Taking out trash and replacing liners
- Wiping down desks, tables, and common surfaces
- Restocking paper products and soap dispensers as needed
- Following detailed cleaning checklists and SOPs
- Reporting any issues, maintenance concerns, or low supplies to management
Requirements
- Must be available every Wednesday and Friday, 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Valid driver's license required
- Must have a car or reliable transportation (you'll be driving to client sites)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Must have a positive attitude and be open to learning
- Must be comfortable working independently after training
- 1 year of professional cleaning, janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred
