Job description:Fast growing janitorial cleaning company looking for part-time employees. Must be able to work effectively and efficiently. Prior experience is a plus but not necessary. Pay based on experience. Must be able to work Monday-Friday. Please only serious applicants. The following positions are available:Simsbury - MON-FRI, flexible start time between 3:30-6:00pm. We are a family-based businessOpportunities for advancement within the facility maintenance teamPaid sick leaveQualifications:Candidates must pass background check, speak good English, and have their own car.Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks efficiently.Ideal candidates are customer service oriented and good with people.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with cleaningKey Responsibilities:Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting floors and surfaces.Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and hand towels.Clean and disinfect high-touch areas to maintain health and safety standards.Collect and dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas.Report maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper use of protective equipment and cleaning chemicals.
