Key Responsibilities
- Perform and oversee professional surveying services including:
- Boundary surveys
- ALTA/NSPS Land Title surveys
- Topographic surveys
- As-built surveys
- Construction staking
- Prepare and review legal descriptions, plats, and survey reports
- Analyze field data and ensure survey accuracy
- Coordinate with field crews and office staff
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers
- Ensure compliance with Missouri surveying standards and regulations
- Sign and seal survey documents as required
Qualifications
- Missouri Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) License required
- Illinois license a plus
- Experience with:
- Boundary surveys
- ALTA/NSPS surveys
- Topographic surveys
- Construction staking
- Proficiency with surveying software:
- AutoCAD
- Civil 3D
- Trimble or other survey data systems
- Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
