Description:
We are looking to fill crew chief and instrument man positions, depending or experience. Join or lead a 2-person survey crew performing field surveys for boundary, topographic, and construction projects. Responsible for operating survey equipment, collecting accurate field data, and completing field notes and sketches. This role includes hands-on fieldwork in various outdoor and construction environments.
Expectations:
- Minimum 5 years of surveying experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a crew of two
- Proficient in setting up equipment, measuring, and recording field data
- Experience with boundary, topographic surveys, and construction staking
- Willingness to work outdoors in physical conditions (hiking, carrying equipment, cutting brush)
- Motivated, reliable, and career-focused
- Ability to operate Trimble S-Series, R-10/12i receivers, TSC/Ranger-7 collectors with Trimble Access
