Salary Range: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience

• Proven experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in catering or hospitality.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport.
• Proficiency in event management software and standard office applications.
• A creative and detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as dictated by event schedules.

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for their events.
• Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, logistics, and vendor coordination.
• Oversee all aspects of event execution, from setup to breakdown, ensuring seamless operations.
• Liaise with chefs, service staff, and suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery of all event elements.
• Manage event budgets and track expenses diligently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during events to ensure client satisfaction.
• Conduct post-event follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and foster future business.
