- Assist clients with leisure and luxury travel reservations, itinerary updates, and travel accommodations
- Communicate travel details, documentation requirements, and agency policies clearly
- Monitor reservations and bookings to ensure accuracy and timely updates
- Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction and address any questions or concerns
- Resolve client inquiries with a solutions-oriented and customer-first approach
- Maintain organized records and update internal systems as needed
