Responsibilities

- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Handle customer complaints or special requests promptly and professionally
Experience
- Proven experience in housekeeping management
- Knowledge of floor care, custodial services, and industrial cleaning practices
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry standards
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
