THE Clare is recruiting for a hospitality focused Housekeeping Tech III to join our team! We are seeking someone who is skilled in carpet shampooing, marble/granite/vinyl floor cleaning/stripping/buffing. Prefer someone that has worked in hotels/hospital/nursing home as a Floor Tech and must have plenty of experience. Please apply only if you meet these requirements.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial position
- Prior experience with carpet cleaning, floor care, buffing and waxing floors required.
- Responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of all resilient flooring and carpets installed throughout the community.
- Stripping, sealing and waxing flooring installed in the community.
- Mopping, buffing, burnishing, waxing and restoring as scheduled.
- Cleaning and maintaining all carpeting and upholstery throughout the facility. Vacuuming to prepare for spot treating, extraction, shampoo or bonnet cleaning.
- Responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of resident’s apartments and floors, dining areas, lounges, offices, restrooms, laundry rooms, storage and equipment areas, and all other public and private areas of the facility as scheduled.
