What You'll Do
- Support the Community Relations Director in executing marketing and sales strategies
- Respond promptly to sales inquiries and conduct follow-up calls
- Schedule and support community tours
- Maintain and update the CRM lead database
- Assist with move-in documentation and administrative coordination
- Help stage model apartments and prepare the community for tours
- Support networking events and outreach activities
- Track sales metrics and assist with required reporting
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Telephone sales or lead follow-up experience preferred
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn CRM systems
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
