Seeking a highly analytical and organized Workload Manager to join the Office of Long-Term Living in a hybrid role based out of Butler, PA (Pittsburgh, PA Region), with a schedule that includes two days onsite and three days remote each week. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a critical role in managing statewide operations that support the health, safety, and well-being of individuals receiving services across regulated care settings. It is an excellent fit for professionals in health or human services who want to move into a more strategic, systems-focused role while continuing to make a meaningful impact.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the flow of complaints, incident reports, and investigations across the region. Your ability to evaluate risk and allocate resources effectively will be essential to maintaining timely and appropriate responses to issues that impact participant safety and regulatory compliance.

You will also play a key role in managing and analyzing data across multiple tracking systems, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of complaint and incident information. This role also includes responsibilities related to program evaluation and continuous improvement. You will conduct research, analyze policies and procedures, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness across operations. Your work will help strengthen program integrity and ensure that services are delivered in accordance with state regulations and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health or human services, along with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. You should be comfortable working with databases and reporting tools, managing multiple priorities, and interpreting complex regulations and data. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of remote work combined with in-office collaboration, as well as occasional travel requirements depending on operational needs.
