We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide highquality healthcare services to students promote wellness and support a safe and healthy school environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide direct nursing care including first aid medication administration and chronic disease management.
- Monitor and manage student health records ensuring compliance with state and district health regulations.
- Conduct health screenings (vision hearing scoliosis etc.).
- Educate students staff and parents on healthrelated topics including nutrition hygiene and disease prevention.
- Respond to medical emergencies and collaborate with local healthcare providers when needed.
- Support students with special health needs and develop individualized healthcare plans.
Qualifications :
Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a valid Pennsylvania license.
CPR certification required.
Experience working with children or in a school setting is a plus.
Strong communication organizational and problemsolving skills.
