The Community Services Officer (CSO) supports public safety operations by responding to non-emergency calls, assisting with crime prevention and community problem-solving, and providing administrative and field support to sworn personnel. Duties may include handling abandoned vehicle, animal-related, and found property complaints; completing administrative tasks; and assisting officers at crash and crime scenes

Qualifications and Competencies
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college, technical college, or university, or have graduated within the six (6) months prior to applying. Must also be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, and successfully complete a background investigation, fingerprinting, medical examination, and drug screening.
