Job Summary:
Through a strong Christian worldview, responsible for processing material donations and the day-to-day operations of the warehouse area.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This role does not currently supervise other staff; however, this role will supervise volunteers and OSS residents.
- Coaches, corrects, rewards, recognizes, and reviews volunteers and OSS residents in accordance with TCM’s Core Values & policies.
Essential Job Functions:
Oversees Warehouse Operations
- Supervises OSS staff and volunteers in the warehouse.
- Maintains adequate volunteer and resident staffing and scheduling.
- Ensures OSS residents and volunteers are properly trained in customer service and warehouse operations.
Processes Material Donations
- Receives material donations within established policies and standards, such as property safekeeping and record-keeping.
- Ensures compliance of loss prevention policies and procedures.
- Maintains a clean and organized warehouse.
- Communicates with material donors to coordinate donation logistics.
- Responds to inquiries regarding donations of material gifts.
Distribution
- Coordinates distribution of goods to community partners and agencies.
- Oversees distribution of clothing and hygiene items to residents.
Other Responsibilities
- Communicates updated material needs to Marketing team.
- Ensures appropriate reporting to finance department.
