Role Description The Membership Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role located in downtown KCMO responsible for supporting and growing the club’s membership community. This role manages daily member inquiries, processes applications and renewals, and maintains accurate membership records in club systems. The Membership Coordinator collaborates with the events team to support member events, coordinates communications about club offerings, and assists with tours for prospective members. The position also involves handling administrative tasks, preparing reports, and working with the sales team to support membership drives and engagement initiatives. The Membership Coordinator is expected to provide professional, welcoming service to members and guests at all times.

- Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to interact effectively with diverse members and colleagues.
- Customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and building positive member relationships.
- Administrative assistance skills, including data entry, recordkeeping, scheduling, and proficiency with office and membership management software.
- Sales skills, with the ability to support membership outreach, present club benefits, and assist in converting leads to members.
- Event management skills, such as coordinating event details, working with vendors and internal teams, and supporting successful member events.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on-site, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed for member events.
- Previous experience in hospitality, private clubs, or membership-based organizations is beneficial.
