What You'll Do
As a Universal Banker, you'll play an important role in creating an outstanding customer experience by:
- Building meaningful relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to meet their financial needs
- Processing a variety of transactions accurately and efficiently
- Opening and servicing deposit accounts
- Assisting customers with debit card services and online banking support
- Working with customers on consumer loans
- Educating customers on available products and services
- Supporting daily branch operations and maintaining operational excellence
