This Position is for a Teller with a bank location in Forest, MS.
Hours: Typically 8:00 to 4:00 Monday to Thursday; 8:00 to 5:30 Friday
Duties and Responsibilities include: Conduct appropriate teller transactions, including the deposit and disbursement of cash, coins and checks from checking and savings accounts; Redeem U.S. Savings Bonds; Accept loan payments; Answer basic customer questions concerning interest rates, service charges and account histories while complying with federal disclosure requirements; Issue money orders and cashiers checks; Count and roll loose coins; Identify counterfeit currency; Other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications include: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; Proficient general math skills; 6 months to 1 year experience as a teller; Proficiency w/Microsoft Office applications; Previous work in an office environment; Previous cash handling experience.
