The Citizens Bank of Philadelphia is seeking a Loan Pre/Post View Clerk as follows:
Location Philadelphia, MS
Hours Monday - Friday, 8 to 5
Ensure commercial loan documentation is accurate and complete, while recording and reporting loan exceptions, as necessary. Provide feedback and guidance internally on the perfection of commercial loan documentation.

Essential Duties
Record incorrect or missing loan policy documentation on exception report.
Review pre-closing documentation to ensure accuracy prior to loan closing.
Review post-closing documentation to ensure accuracy after loan closing.
Receive and verify credit packages submitted by loan officers for Credit Process, Regional Approval or Loan Committee Approval.
Ensure submitted documentation corrects the credit policy exception and removes except on.
Assist loan assistants/loan officers with issues concerning exception reporting.
Cross train and back-up commercial loan processing.
Ensure bank is in compliance with federal banking regulations including, but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, Community Reinvestment Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Right to Financial Privacy Act, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, the Federal Reserve's "lettered" regulations , and Loan Pre/Post View Clerk roles and responsibilities relating to each act.
Other duties as may be assigned.
1-3 years successful experience in loan review, processing or loan administration.
Prior Experience With Loan Documentation Systems Preferred
Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Exceptional Knowledge/Use of Microsoft Office products
Ability to work within time constraints
High School Diploma or Higher
