We’re looking for an Education Director to lead the development and delivery of fun, engaging, and age-appropriate K–12 after-school educational programs that spark curiosity and support academic success.
In this role, you’ll design creative learning experiences, mentor and inspire staff and volunteers, and play an active, hands-on part in our daily programs. You’ll help shape a positive, inclusive environment where every child feels supported, challenged, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
This is a full-time position that offers great benefits. Our Education Director is available M-F to work 8 hours scheduled between the hours of 9am and 7pm.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Youth Development, or related field (preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience working with children or teens
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in program planning, implementation, and evaluation
- A fun, reliable, organized, mature, and creative person who loves kids, uses resources well, meets deadlines, communicates clearly, and keeps safety first in mind
- CPR/First Aid certification and valid driver’s license; either has or is willing to secure their CDL
