Responsibilities:
- Lead a fast moving agile team, working with the internally developed tools and technologies such as SalesForce
- Support other product delivery partners in the successful build, test, and release of solutions
- Solve problems by crafting software solutions using maintainable and modular code.
- Lead daily team standup meetings where you'll give and receive updates on the current backlog and challenges.
- Provides thought leadership and technical expertise across the PBM technology organization
- Utilize end-to-end knowledge of product ecosystem, business transactions, technology stack, dependencies, and engineering practices to ensure applications are designed and constructed using solid engineering patterns
- Encourage innovation and diversity of thought to solve complex business problems
- Partner with business and technical product owners to optimize working relationships and clarify roles and responsibilities
- Takes accountability for the technology assets owned by the team.
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Strongly influencing negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal relationship management skills.
- Strong time and project management skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodology including SCRUM team leadership.
- Familiarity with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior/test driven development, and specification by example.
- Hands on experience with Sales Cloud, Copado, Git, Apex and Trigger Designing, Flows, LWC
- Solid understanding of OOP and Design Patterns
- Experience in building REST APIs/Microservices
- Strong understanding of parallel processing, concurrency and asynchronous concepts
- Experience with SOQL and SOSL
- Proficient in internal integration with Third Party System (liveprovider.com)
- CI/CD experience: must have GitHub experience.
Required Experience & Education:
- 8-14 years of professional experience including people leader experience.
- Must have a Bachelor of computer engineering degree
- Proven experience leading/managing technical teams with a passion for developing the talent within the team.
- Experience with vendor management in an onshore/offshore model.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Preferred: Industry certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Six Sigma Green Belt
Desired Experience:
- Healthcare experience including Disease Management
- Coaching of team members
