- Act as a Business Product Owner (BPO) for automation initiatives, owning business intent, scope, prioritization, and delivery outcomes
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business, operational, and regulatory requirements
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Make informed trade‑off decisions balancing scope, risk, timelines, and business value
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, operations, and technical teams
- Function as a Technical Product Owner (TPO), collaborating closely with developers, architects, and QA
- Support solution design by providing functional and technical input aligned to system architecture
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, release readiness, and production validation activities
- Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and delivery blockers across teams
- Support testing, defect triage, and post‑release validation to ensure solution quality
- Develop and maintain high‑quality functional and technical documentation
- Document business rules, data mappings, automation logic, and system behaviors
- Ensure documentation supports development, QA, operations, audit, and long‑term maintainability
- Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation standards and delivery practices
- Provide day‑to‑day oversight of offshore development and administrative consulting resources
- Assign and prioritize work to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery
- Review deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and alignment to requirements
- Coordinate across time zones to maintain delivery velocity and operational continuity
- Act as an escalation point for delivery, resourcing, and access issues
- High School Diploma
- 5 years of experience in systems analysis, product ownership, or related technical roles
- Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, data mapping, and business rules
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience serving in a hybrid Business Product Owner / Technical Product Owner role
- PBM, healthcare, or regulated industry experience
- Familiarity with automation platforms, ETL processes, and system integrations
- Experience working with offshore or distributed delivery teams
- Experience supporting compliance‑sensitive or audit‑driven initiatives
- Ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or fast‑changing environments
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and sustainability
- Comfort engaging with both technical and non‑technical audiences
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 119,400 - 199,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
