As Director of Product Management, you’ll lead a high‑impact team that serves as the trusted strategic partner for our most complex clients—while also influencing where the product goes next. This role blends deep relationship leadership with product strategy and market insight. Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Account Management Senior Advisors who serve as the strategic relationship owners for the Benefits Navigation client portfolio (CareNav ), driving retention, satisfaction, and long‑term value
Own client strategy across the book of business, aligning renewal success, performance guarantees, and enterprise goals into clear, actionable plans
Act as the voice of the market—synthesizing client feedback, performance data, and industry trends to inform and prioritize product roadmap decisions
Partner closely with Benefits Navigation product leadership to translate client needs into product enhancements, launches, and go‑to‑market strategies
Ensure consistent, high‑quality execution by evolving core enablement assets such as playbooks, client profiles, and operating procedures
Coordinate enterprise account strategies in collaboration with Express Scripts and Cigna teams to deliver a unified client experience
Lead external client engagement, including executive‑level meetings, quarterly performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions (virtual and onsite)
Guide vendor integration strategy by documenting client needs and prioritizing requests with internal product partners
Provide strategic oversight for new client implementations, serving as the senior relationship lead throughout the implementation lifecycle
Partner with Care Guide Client Account Support leadership to ensure member service experiences meet and exceed client expectations
Serve as a Benefits Navigation subject‑matter expert, sharing best practices, mentoring others, and leading enterprise initiatives that move the business forward
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, account management, client strategy, or related roles within healthcare, benefits, or complex B2B environments
Proven experience leading teams and developing talent in strategic, client‑facing roles
Demonstrated success managing senior client relationships and navigating complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
Strong ability to translate client and market insights into clear product and business priorities
Experience partnering cross‑functionally with product, analytics, implementation, and enterprise account teams
Clear, confident communicator skilled in executive‑level discussions and strategic storytelling
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
Experience working within benefits navigation, healthcare services, or payer‑adjacent organizations
Familiarity with enterprise product launches and go‑to‑market execution
Experience influencing product roadmaps without direct authority
Comfort operating in dynamic, fast‑evolving environments where ambiguity is expected and progress matters
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 155,300 - 258,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan and long term incentive plan.
