As a Pharmacy Technician on our team you will be a part of a passionate team of pharmacy technicians focusing on fulfillment and order accuracy. 

This is an onsite position. The work schedule is: Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM CST.

What you will do:

• Fulfillment of orders/shipments and/or any other fulfillment tasks.

• Maintain productivity and quality standards while adhering to procedures and guidelines.

• Provide technical assistance and prescription order resolution to team members when needed.

• Maintain pharmacy inventory.   

What you’ll need:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience

• Minimum 1 year Pharmacy Technician work experience

• Active Alabama Pharmacy Technician License required.

• Strong data entry skills required.

• Retail pharmacy and previous leadership exposure preferred

• Basic Math skills and Strong experience with MS Office, especially with Excel

• Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality

• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment to learn quickly, solve problems, and make decisions with minimal supervision

• Ability to diagnose a situation and make recommendations on how to correct

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule

• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal

• Ability to self-direct, multi-task, be accountable, approachable, and organized

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for lengthy periods.

• Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and 20 lbs. frequently 

• Perform repetitive motion with fingers, hands, and arms.

• Work may be in confined areas close to machinery.

• Work may be performed in an environment with varying levels of noise.
