The Senior Director, Operations is responsible for the management, direction and leadership of our CuraScript SD distribution centers. This position manages the DC leadership teams to effectively distribute product based on customer needs. This position is responsible for site culture and employee engagement and for ensuring that quality, cost, inventory management and service targets are met.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for managing and leading the operations for core distribution and 3PL facilities (i.e. Grove City, OH; Memphis, TN; Tempe, AZ; Newark, DE) and for the strategic expansion of new facilities.
- Oversees talent strategy of the operations function, managing leaders to attract, recruit, and retain employee
- Assures regulatory compliance with various Federal and State regulatory agencies
- Ensure quality and service standards are maintained along with client-specific contractual requirements.
- Develop and build leadership talent and capability within the team and direct reports. Provide stretch learning and development assignments to leaders.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- At least 10 years of relevant experience with Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree.
- Proven leadership skills, team-orientation, and a proactive and optimistic management style.
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and continuous improvement and successfully execute recommended changes.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and on an enterprise level.
- Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills.
- Excellent PC Skills including Microsoft Office suite, Internet and Outlook.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to solve complex problems and improve quality and service.
- Ability to manage toward budget, service and quality goals.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 180,000 - 300,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan and long term incentive plan.
