Job Description: Marketing Customer Campaign Manager
Role Summary
This role is responsible for developing, building, and executing high‑quality campaigns including digital content (email) builds for customer communications for Cigna Healthcare and Evernorth Health Services. The position emphasizes campaign management and execution, content development, technical execution, and channel best practices, ensuring customer communications are strategically designed, accurate, compliant, and effective across email and digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $40.00/hour-$50.00/hour

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer communications across email, SMS, and other digital and offline channels, ensuring alignment to brand, channel, and compliance standards
- Build and modify brand aligned, compelling email content using approved templates, dynamic content, and personalization logic as required
- Apply email and marketing best practices to ensure optimal customer experience, accessibility, deliverability, and engagement
- Leverage strong working knowledge of HTML to support content development, troubleshooting, and rendering across devices and inboxes
- Partner with campaign strategy, brand, analytics, and technology teams to translate requirements into execution‑ready communications.
- Build out of campaign in MarTech stack and execute/launch campaign.
- Conduct quality checks and validation to ensure accuracy of requirements and regulatory compliance
- Manage multiple campaigns and deadlines concurrently in a fast‑paced environment
- Document processes, content standards, and learnings to promote consistency and scalability
- Email content development following industry and enterprise best practices
- Extensive working knowledge of HTML code for email
- Familiarity with SMS and digital push communications (preferred)
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality, privacy, and compliance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time and project management across multiple initiatives
- Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional partners and adapt to evolving priorities
- 5 years of experience in direct or customer lifecycle marketing execution
- Hands‑on experience developing and executing email communications
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with marketing platforms such as Oracle Eloqua, RedPoint, Adobe Content Generation / Journey Optimizer or similar
- Experience working with Zeta, Oracle Eloqua, and Adobe on emails a plus
- Experience working with customer data platforms and segmentation logic (SQL familiarity a plus)
- Healthcare marketing experience (preferred, not required)
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred (Marketing, Business, or Computer Science)
- Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
