Join a collaborative HR team where your insights and initiative help shape workforce strategies and employee experiences. In this role, you will partner closely with HR Business Partners to deliver data-driven insights, streamline processes, and support key talent initiatives. This is an opportunity to grow your HR expertise while making meaningful contributions to enterprise priorities.
Responsibilities
• Deliver actionable HR insights by preparing and analyzing workforce data, including retention, diversity, and talent metrics.
• Enable strategic talent processes by supporting talent reviews, compensation planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to develop reports, scorecards, and presentations that inform business decisions.
• Drive operational efficiency by managing HR requests, resolving escalated issues, and coordinating with HR Operations and Employee Service teams.
• Support enterprise programs by promoting participation, tracking outcomes, and enhancing reporting capabilities.
• Prepare and consolidate data for HR initiatives to ensure accuracy and alignment across teams.
• Contribute to onboarding and leadership materials that enhance the experience of new and senior leaders.
• Anticipate team needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
• 3 years of Human Resources experience or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated professionalism and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with Workday, Tableau, or other HR systems.
• Project management experience.
• Experience supporting HR Business Partner teams or enterprise HR initiatives.
• Interest in developing into an HR Business Partner role.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
