Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting initiatives that ensure timely, accurate, and insightful information for decision-making.
• Drive compliance and consistency in accounting practices to strengthen organizational integrity and transparency.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver quarterly SEC reports and audited standalone financial statements.
• Provide strategic analysis and recommendations that influence business performance and growth.
• Champion process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or MBA preferred.
• Experience in public accounting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments to resolve complex issues.
