The Administrative Assistant Senior Representative provides high-level executive and operational support to the Senior Director of Client Operations and key Client Service and Operations leaders. As a trusted partner to leadership, this role plays a critical part in driving organizational effectiveness by coordinating executive priorities, managing complex schedules, supporting governance activities, and helping ensure seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities with professionalism and confidence.
What you'll do to make a difference:
Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for Client Operations leadership.
Coordinate leadership meetings, develop agendas, organize materials, and drive follow-up on key action items.
Create polished presentations, executive communications, reports, and leadership-ready documents.
Support governance processes, leadership reporting, and tracking of strategic initiatives and action items.
Maintain organizational records, distribution lists, and organizational charts with accuracy and attention to detail.
Plan and coordinate leadership events, offsites, team meetings, and other high-visibility engagements.
Collaborate across Client Service, Operations, and enterprise partners to support key business priorities and initiatives.
Provide backup support for Senior Administrative Assistants as needed to ensure continuity and team success.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance leadership team effectiveness.
What you need to be successful:
High School diploma or GED required.
5 years of administrative or executive support experience.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Copilot.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
Experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment preferred.
