Account Management Lead Associate - Accredo
Join our team as an Account Management Lead Associate and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences. You will manage complex accounts, resolve operational challenges, and drive strategies that ensure client satisfaction and growth. Your leadership will help shape innovative solutions and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Own daily client engagement for assigned accounts, proactively resolving issues related to member experience at Accredo
- Present operational performance metrics to clients, highlighting results and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and maintain alignment with client expectations.
- Host client meetings and calls to share updates, address concerns, and promote new initiatives.
- Track operational performance guarantees and maintain accurate documentation for client review.
- Contribute to strategies for upselling, expansion, and plan implementation in partnership with Account Directors.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in account management or client services within healthcare or benefits administration preferred.
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to lead complex initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; working knowledge of financials.
- Ability to analyze data, negotiate solutions, and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred.
- Experience with benefit plan administration and client retention strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and develop innovative solutions.
- Ability to travel occasionally (less than 10%).
- This is a hybrid role and may require the ability to work in-person at any of our Cigna office locations.
