What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Store Manager position at The Cigarette Store LLC?
Smoker Friendly is seeking candidates for full-time time Assistant Manager in Portage, IN. Applicants must by 21 years of age to apply.
Assistant Managers are responsible for every aspect of store operations in the absence of the Store Manager including but not limited to:
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Assisting in the recruiting, training, developing and scheduling of personnel
- Assisting in covering all shifts to ensure the store is open during business hours
- Complying with all security and cash handling policies and procedures
- Following and enforcing all company policies, procedures and assisting Store Manager with all other duties as assigned
- Reports directly to Store Manager
- Must be available 40 hours per week including nights and weekends
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to stand at least eight (8) hours per day and lift 30 lbs.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
