What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floor Staff Member position at The Churchill?
Floor Staff – Primary duties as Busser and Security Personnel
Duties:
· Maintain clean space free of trash, debris and used glassware
· Quickly clear and wipe down tables and benches
· Transport buss tubs of glassware to bar staff
· Stock/Organize cleaning supplies
· General cleaning and minor repair duties
· Keep restrooms cleaned/maintained
· Set up and close the guest space daily
· Assist as needed with event set up, tear down and execution
· Occasionally perform bar back duties assisting the bar staff to operate efficiently
· Remove trash periodically
· Monitor guests
· Check ID’s
· Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Must be at least 18 years old
· Must adhere to attendance standards
· Must have ability to lift and move up to 50lbs
· Must have ability to stand and walk the entire shift
· Must be motivated, respectful and bring a positive attitude
· Must be available nights (closing shifts last until 1am or 3am on weekends)
· Must be available on weekends and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
