Job Description:
Looking for a sales associates to work our booth at the ANN ARBOR TACO FEST . You will be working at our booth OUTSIDE at this event and selling homemade cookies to customers!
THIS JOB IS FOR THIS SATURDAY (8/1 & SUNDAY 8/2). (more opportunities available for future weekends)
MUST BE AVAILABLE: (okay if not available for all hours we will work around schedules)
SATURDAY 8/1: NOON-10-PM
SUNDAY 8/2: NOON-6PM
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO TRAIN ON FRIDAY 7/31 FOR 30 MINUTES BETWEEN 7-9PM
PAY
This job pays $20/hour along with tips (CASH PAYMENT)! The more personable you are the more tips you will make!
We are looking for candidates who can sell our product and have great customer service! You MUST be engaging and outgoing with customers. This job is perfect for someone who is looking to make some extra money on the weekends! You must be able to stand on your feet for a long period of time and engage with customers!
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide assistance in selecting the right products
- Demonstrate product knowledge and explain features and benefits to customers
- Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Maintain a clean and organized space
