Chapel Hill Church in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio is seeking a Youth Pastor.
Ministry Description:
- Give vision, direction, and oversight to the youth ministry
- Plan, execute, and run youth ministry events and programs
- Create a family-like atmosphere with adult leaders of the youth ministry team
- Connect and develop relationships with people at Chapel Hill Church and in the community
- Oversee the worship ministry (no musical gifting required)
Requirements:
- Deeply loves Jesus and people
- Passionate about helping students love Jesus
- Ability to effectively communicate God’s word
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
- Experience leading or helping lead a youth ministry
- Highly relational
- Entrepreneurial in nature
- Bachelor’s degree in biblical studies, theology, or a related field preferred
- Licensed or willing to become licensed in the Christian and Missionary Alliance
