- Design & Deliver Impact: Create innovative programs that enhance leadership, team member development, and organizational capability.
- Inspire Teams: Coach and guide a dynamic Learning & Development team, fostering collaboration and excellence.
- Drive Innovation: Advance learning technologies and platforms to keep us at the forefront of education delivery.
- Measure Success: Use data and analytics to demonstrate the impact of learning initiatives on performance and retention.
What You Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s in Education, Organizational Development, HR, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 3–5 years in Learning & Development with proven success managing teams and implementing enterprise solutions.
- Skills:
- Leadership and coaching expertise
- Strategic thinking and project management
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Tech-savvy with learning platforms
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
