KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS (e.g. BSN required, MSN preferred.):
EDUCATION: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or relevant experience, Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

Responsibilities
Technical Integration & Interface Management
- Lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of healthcare interfaces using Epic Bridges and Infor Cloverleaf.
- Troubleshoot and resolve interface issues, manage upgrades, and implement enhancements and fixes.
- Ensure secure and compliant data exchange aligned with healthcare regulations and enterprise security policies.
- Monitor interface performance and optimize data flows to support enterprise-wide information management goals.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior analysts on interface development and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including clinical staff, IT professionals, and vendors to align integration efforts with organizational objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, policies, and procedures related to interface design and management.
- Support compliance initiatives by ensuring interfaces meet security, privacy, and data governance standards.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare IT with hands-on expertise in interface engine management.
- Proven experience with Epic Bridges and Infor Cloverleaf in a clinical or enterprise data environment.
- Strong knowledge of HL7, FHIR, JSON, X12, XML and other healthcare data standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills for working across technical and clinical teams.
- Familiarity with healthcare security and privacy regulations (HIPAA, etc.).
- Epic Bridges and Cloverleaf LVL 2 certifications.
