Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items using sauté techniques according to recipes and standards
- Maintain quality, presentation, and portion control
- Set up and stock stations before service
- Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Keep workstations clean and organized
- Assist with prep work and inventory as needed
Qualifications
- Previous sauté or line cook experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
