Job Description: We are looking for a friendly and organized Lead Host/Host to join our team! As a Lead Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements
- Assist with guest inquiries and special requests
- Maintain the flow of the dining area to ensure efficient seating
- Supervise and train other hosts to ensure consistent service standards
- Assist with the opening and closing of the restaurant
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a host or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong organizational skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift light objects
