About Us
The Chocolate Room was founded in Brooklyn in 2005 with a deep appreciation for the creative process and the expressive nature of dessert. Everything we produce comes out of our Cobble Hill kitchen, where we focus on consistency, and detail. It’s a place built around good processes, good ingredients, and the quiet satisfaction of making chocolate well—and sharing that joy with the people who come back for it.
