Chocolatier / Pastry Chef – Production


Business is strong and growing. Our production kitchen is busy in the best way—we’re adding an experienced chocolatier/pastry professional to the team.


This is a high-volume chocolate and confection production role. The work is focused, physical, and detail-driven, with long stretches of hands-on production and a strong sense of rhythm.



The Work:

  • Daily production of chocolate and confections at high volume
  • Long, focused shifts doing fine-motor, detail-driven work
  • Hitting numbers while keeping standards clean and consistent
  • Working within established systems, alongside a tight production team
  • Maintaining quality and consistency as volume increases
  • Trusted to run your station from start to finish, with steady ownership over daily output


The Right Fit:

  • You have real production experience in chocolate, pastry, or another precision-driven environment
  • You understand what high output actually feels like
  • You’re comfortable on your feet, working with your hands, staying focused for long stretches
  • You take pride in clean execution and reliable results
