Job Overview
I am actively recruiting a Chiropractic Associate(s) at The Chiropractic Care Center in Bridgeport, WV. Our office is located in a beautiful 6,000 square foot facility that houses multiple Chiropractors and a full professional staff, including an X-Ray Technologist, along with state-of-the-art physiotherapy equipment.
We have been in practice for nearly 20 years at this location and have helped over 15,000 patients through Chiropractic Care during that timeframe, excluding our satellite clinics. While the goal is to maintain long-term working relationships with our associate Chiropractors in our main clinic, many of our associates have used the experience with us to eventually launch their own clinics, and a few have operated satellite clinics with our assistance. The experience with us has proven to be invaluable in understanding patient management, current treatment protocols, and business strategy. We have strong working relationships with other local specialists from Physical Therapists to Orthopedists and Neurosurgeons.
For new Chiropractors, our office offers the experience to step into a business situation that is already setup for your success. Our procedures will ensure your ability to help as many people as possible, and our support staff is trained to take the hassles of business management off of the doctor’s plate so that they can simply diagnose, document, treat patients, and go home. For more seasoned Chiropractors, our office offers a known income, with monthly bonus potential based on a percentage of individual collections, without the stress of staff management or overhead. Additionally, our office handles the marketing for all doctors, so there is no external marketing required of our Chiropractors.
Not only is our base salary competitive within our industry, we also cover our Chiropractors’ malpractice premiums and offer a bonus structure that exceeds most other opportunities in the Chiropractic world.
