We’re The Chiropractic Advantage — a fast-growing, patient-first clinic in Appleton focused on helping people move well to live well. We combine cutting-edge care (neuropathy, knee decompression, red light therapy, gut health) with old-school human connection.
We’re on a mission — and we need an all-star at the front desk to help us lead it.
You’ll be the first face our patients see and the last one they remember. You’ll manage the flow, guide the vibe, and even assist in therapies like laser, ultrasound, and stim.
This is for someone who wants to make a difference, loves to solve problems, and thrives in a team that’s constantly leveling up.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Be the friendly, confident face that welcomes every patient
- Manage scheduling, patient check-ins/outs, and calls like a pro
- Assist with non-invasive therapies (we’ll train you!)
- Help keep the clinic organized and efficient — a calm in the storm
- Support the team — and make us all better with your energy
- Own your role — not just do it
Who We’re Looking For
