The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a high-energy, sales-minded recruiter to join our team in a fast-paced, in-office role. This isn’t a slow, sit-back recruiting job—this is high-volume, high-impact hiring where you’ll play a key role in building a winning sales force from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage high-volume recruiting for direct sales positions
- Source, screen, and interview candidates daily
- Maintain consistent communication with applicants in a fast-moving pipeline
- Handle administrative tasks related to recruiting and office operations
- Help build and maintain a strong, winning team culture
- Play a key role in scaling our organization
